Standard clean

Routine maintenance for a regularly-cared-for home. The cleaner you'd want every two weeks.

$120+ taxes · base

Includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and up to 1,500 sqft. Overages shown live in the quote.

  • All bathrooms — tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors
  • Kitchen — counters, exterior of appliances, sink, floor

  • General — light fixtures wiped, baseboards spot-cleaned

Most chosen for first cleans

Deep clean

Everything in Standard, plus the detail work that doesn't fit in a regular schedule. Best for first-time bookings or seasonal resets.

$215+ taxes · base

Roughly 1.7× a standard clean. Same room math; more time per surface.

§ 02Pricing inputs

What affects the price — and why.

Every variable in the quote engine is operator-editable and shown to you. There's no proprietary algorithm hiding markups.

01Home size

Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage

The base price includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1,500 sqft. Each extra is itemized — extra bedrooms, extra bathrooms, and overage square footage in 100-sqft increments.
02Service tier

Standard, Deep, or Move-out

Different tiers use different per-overage rates. A deep clean charges more per bathroom because deep-cleaning a bathroom takes nearly 2× the time of a standard clean.
03Add-ons

Inside fridge, oven, windows, more

Each add-on has its own pricing model. Inside-fridge is flat. Inside-windows scales with home size. Pet-hair surcharge is a fixed amount based on shedding intensity.
04Recurring discount

Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly

Weekly recurring saves 12%. Bi-weekly saves 8%. Monthly saves 4%. The discount is applied automatically from your second visit onward and can be cancelled at any time.
05Service area

Five Ottawa zones

Westboro, Centretown, Glebe, suburbs, and premium districts each have their own base rates reflecting local labor markets and travel time.
06Peak demand

Surge — only when applicable

A small premium applies during peak demand windows (Saturday mornings, end-of-month moves). Capped at 30%, shown explicitly in your quote, never hidden.

If we miss something, we come back.

No partial refunds. No 'credit toward your next visit.' If a cleaning misses the brief — anything you flag in your dashboard within 48 hours — we send a crew back at no charge.
BDamage policy

Reported and resolved transparently.

If something is damaged during a clean, our T&S team reviews the photo log and contacts you within 24 hours. Resolution is documented in your dashboard, not arbitrated by phone.
CCrew accountability

ID badges, photo logs, audit trail.

Every cleaner has a verified ID badge they show on arrival. Every clean produces a photo log of the work. Every action — start, end, scope changes — is timestamped in your audit trail.
